Join us at the Community Yoga Center on the Plaza in Arcata.
We are excited to introduce our Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga based tradition to Humboldt County. It is a heart-centered practice involving pranayama (sacred breathing), chanting, meditation, activating the body with sacred movements and dance.
The 2nd phase is an interactive choreographed playshop to bring us back to our innocence and Heart Space. Our intention is to create a Tantric Conscious community full of integrity, through regularly scheduled classes. We look forward to knowing you.
