Loving Nature’s Gift of Life

Cooperation
It is our gift to be born into Nature and Health.  Without Health, we cannot take positive action, and instead become victims.  Before we can cooperate with Nature, conscious awareness of the operating principles and laws of Nature is needed.  In the beginning, we may know how to cry when we are hungry.  But after that, when we are older, we need to know how to cooperate with Nature in sustainable ways to make our living so Life—our life, and family life—can continue.  Recently, our assumed cleverness at atomic power is ending many lives on this planet, on land, in the air, and in the sea. 

The Past
In the past, the Grandmothers passed down the tradition of being responsible for keeping the family fed and healthy.  They knew which plants were good for eating, and which plants could heal.  They kept things running smoothly.  In the more distant past, humans ate living food from plants: vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts.  This food was taken and immediately consumed; there was no cooking involved.  Thus was the human body programmed to eat fresh food for hundreds of thousands of years, before the invention of fire?
